Lou Trajcevski started Newcastle Housing Ventures, LLC in 2000 as a housing development and finance consulting firm with expertise in developing creative financing strategies and securing financing from a variety of sources on behalf of its clients in the development of affordable rental housing.
Our client base includes housing authorities, private developers and community-based non-profit organizations. The common thread among all of our clients is the production of desirable, safe, attractive, long-lasting and affordable housing.
Since its inception Newcastle has helped to obtain financing for over 2,750 units of housing in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with total costs in excess of $565 million. Throughout his 30+ year career Lou has assisted in securing financing for over 4,050 housing units with total costs in excess of $710 million.
